GDPR Compliance

Adarii AffiliateOS is committed to the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Data Controller

For personal data you provide about yourself, Adarii is the controller. For personal data you upload about others (leads, contacts, subscribers), you are the controller and Adarii acts as processor.

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making with legal effect

3. Lawful Bases

We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation depending on the processing activity.

4. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A DPA is available on request for Pro and Agency customers. Email supportaff@adarii.com.

5. Sub-Processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, database, AI inference, email, payment, and analytics. A current list is available on request.

6. International Transfers

Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, additional safeguards.

7. Data Breach Notification

We notify affected customers and supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying personal data breach.
