This Privacy Policy explains how Adarii AffiliateOS ("we", "us", "Adarii") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use affiliate.adarii.com and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, profile details.
  • Content data: offers you add, generated content, funnels, bio pages, and campaigns.
  • Connection data: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X), stored encrypted.
  • Usage data: clicks, sessions, feature interactions, and error diagnostics.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Generate AI content, score offers, and optimize campaigns on your behalf.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process personal data under one or more of: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data only with (a) infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, database, AI gateway, email), (b) payment processor (Stripe), (c) connected platforms you authorize, and (d) authorities when legally required.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of your data. Contact supportaff@adarii.com.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for secrets, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; report suspected incidents to supportaff@adarii.com.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
