Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adarii AffiliateOS. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • No promotion of prohibited categories (adult exploitation, weapons, illegal drugs, malware, hate speech).
  • Comply with FTC disclosure and the terms of every affiliate network you promote.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of AI generation quotas.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.

4. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and complying with laws before publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your content. You grant Adarii a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. Adarii retains all rights to the platform, models, and code.

6. Third-Party Services

Connected platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Stripe, ManyChat, HeyGen, etc.) are governed by their own terms. Adarii is not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime from Billing.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee revenue, earnings, or specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adarii's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform where caused by events beyond reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, sanctions, embargoes, cyber-attacks, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party platform failures (including but not limited to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Stripe, payment processors, AI providers, or hosting providers), power failures, strikes, or natural disasters. The affected party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable. If the force majeure event continues for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected obligations without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
